Enjoyable with plenty to do, and would return - but suggest the resort go further to earn its 5* £££

Lovely grounds - foliage, pool areas, waterpark! Nice room Good housekeeping All necessary facilities Walls/windows well insulated for noise Pool temperatures are excellent Golf cart lifts are a nice touch Fair buffet with a decent selection Friendly & helpful staff Late checkout offered without problem

− Restaurant selection fine and met my expectations for an all-inclusive, but wouldn't call it 5* All-inclusive drinks selection limited & bars look sparse Could do with some more shade in the exposed bar & restaurant areas Little maintenance problems, e.g. leaking cistern, some broken lights, broken pool tiles, wonky cupboard door scrapes on floor (though it's fair to note that I did not report these, and I heard from others that their maintenance problems were swiftly resolved when reported) Limited on-site shop (considering extreme distance from other villages/towns) Do not disturb sign falls off the door with the slightest breeze - had to tie it on using a paperclip lol

Wir konnten es sehr geniessen und würden in einigen Jahren evtl. wieder hingehen.

Undere Bleibe mit eigenem Pool war traumhaft. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Für Kinder sind genug Aktivitäten da und das Essen war super.

− Der Strand ist etwas weiter weg. Es werden super Transportmöglichkeiten angeboten. Trotzdem ist es für Kleinkinder mit Kinderwagen etwas mühsamer.

− They don’t have enough personnel to cover all guests. If somebody was having breakfast or lunch before you, you will sit at dirt table. Even if you ask them to clean that can’t be called cleaning. Food is average, drinks are more then average. If you want to pay extra for some food or drinks they don’t have anything else. Don’t forget that you are in five stars hotel.

− Mi s a spus ca la plaja se merge din 30 in 30 min. Era foarte cald am mers la ora 15:00 la receptie la care Mi au spus cei cu autobuzul ca nu este lume si sa mai astept 25 min , am mai stat 25 min la care s au mai adaugat , asa ca am renuntat. Pentru mancare la restaurantele mai ok e nevoie de rezervare si ele sunt ocupate full pe urmatoarele 2-3 zile ;)) eu am stat doar 3 zile nu am apucat sa mananc nici un dinner doar 2 launch. La baruri trebuie sa astepti enorm de mult pentru ca ba nu lucreaza angajatii , ba este doar unul singur. Plaja este dezastru la distanta de resort , urata cu pietre mari si un minibar urat fara muzica doar cu bere si 2-3 alte sucuri. In prima zi mancarea a fost dezastru . A doua seara a fost mai ok. In camera se aud cei de langa vecinii si cand vorbesc . Cand am ajuns in orice resort stiu ca ti se aduc bagajele in camera te ajuta , aici dupa ce au vazut ca le aducem noi in camera au venit si ei cu greu sa ajute .
