This place could be made into a lovely holiday home with a little more TLC
3.0It could be made “pretty”, if there were a few hanging baskets on the balcony (example). It is NOT a modern cottage; more like a flat. It is miles from Woolacombe on the outskirts of a housing estate in Ilfracombe, miles away from anywhere down a narrow lane leading to a horse field.
− Dust everywhere Hasn’t been cleaned properly No cleaning agents on board Sticky table and surfaces The decking on the balcony needs a good power wash to remove the green and dirt. Fridge sounds like it’s on its way out Loose housing causing vibration.

9.0Wonderful quiet location with all the facilities you need. I was solo traveller with two small dogs and had all the space I needed and had a really comfortable relaxed stay.

9.0Peaceful well provisioned holiday home perfect for our tour of Devon and Cornwall for a couple of nights stay.
− Not near any local convienience stores so if you arrive late make sure you have done your shopping first.
