We really enjoyed our stay.
8.0Ski in ski out. Close to Village. Very clean, well stocked condo. Pool and hot tub are new and awesome!
− Condo was tight for 4 people. Building is old and dated.

9.0Best location in town, right on the slope, private, family of 3. Located in apartment block. We loved it, big white is epic. We will be back for sure.
Beware, terrible experience, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
1.0− We arrived at the property on the evening of our check-in day and it was not cleaned after the prior guests. Dirty sheets and towels everywhere. This is a pretty fundamental requirement for providing an accommodation service, yet we we were met with a very poor and extremely rude response from the owner. They did not answer the phone number provided on the fridge and then messaged to say to stop calling and check a message on booking.com. The message did not come through immediately, but when it did it said that there was nothing they could do about it and we should change the sheets ourselves and they'd get a cleaner the next day! No apology was offered at all at any stage. No refund and cancellation or other compensation was offered notwithstanding the request made and follow up undertaken by Booking.com on our behalf. We had to clean the place ourselves that night as there was no other available accommodation in Big White. Disgusting. It doesn't take much to offer an apology and communicate with your guests in a courteous manner. We received no further communication about when the cleaners would be arriving the next day, despite our request and so we could organise our day. These people need a lesson in customer service and should not be allowed to advertise their services on Booking.com or Airbnb.

9.0Everything was great at the property. The location is amazing , right on a slope, and nice view.Apartment stack with supplies. Grate bathtub.
− Property was advertised as 2 bedrooms. It was only 1 bedroom. Ii would say it was misleading. I was staying with my son. And one of us had to sleep o. Pullout sofa. It was OK. Just don't like to be messled.
