4.0Closeness to Addenbrooke Hospital with a car Nearby parks and forested walkways were good for my wife's convalescing The Property Managers staff member who helped report the hot water problem was very diligent
− Hot Water system was very unreliable and we had one day when we were unable to get any. The Property Managers had the landlord visit to fix the problem but he couldn't completely. He advised a method each time hot water was needed to 'fiddle' the controls to make the system work to a limited extent. Promises to send technicians to fix the problem were totally unfulfilled, so we limped through our stay The Property Managers sometimes did not answer the phone which was very stressful when I was seeking the provision of fans for the heatwave. They also advised there was a temperature control system in the house, but on arrival this was not functioning as a cooler as it appeared to be only available for heating
