9.0Die Wohnung ist schön renoviert und hat alles Nötige, was es braucht. Felix hat uns auch gleich geholfen, wo man das Auto "gratis" parkieren (ca. 5 Min Fussmarsch vom flat entfernt) kann.
− Auf dem Dach (oberhalb der Wohnung) befinden sich 2 Wassertanks. Sobald jemand Wasser in der Küche oder WC/Dusche braucht, werden die Wasserpumpen aktiv und verursachen Lärm (dies vor allem in der Nacht, wenn jemand auf WC geht).

Fabulous Stay in Lecce
10.0It was an absolute pleasure staying in this apartment. Felix, the host, was incredibly friendly and helpful, always quick to respond and offering valuable tips throughout our stay. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and perfectly located. I especially loved the clever use of space and the cosy balcony, which was perfect for enjoying morning coffee. The self-check-in process was easy, and the super-fast WiFi made it convenient for remote work. The place has been visibly renovated to high standards, including a new AC system. There’s a lovely pizza place nearby, along with several other great restaurants. We will definitely book again when we're back in Lecce. Many thanks, Felix—fantastic host!
