4.0− The caretaker attitude was horrendous. We requested to check out by 11:30 but the caretaker was super rude. Stood on our heads while we were finishing breakfasts. He could have handled it with a little bit smile and politeness. Also, no service after 9 pm. We needed water but the caretaker didn't even pick up the phone. Super surprised with the horrendous hospitality.
