− Infelizmente, a experiência não foi a esperada. O apartamento encontra-se descuidado e várias coisas não funcionam corretamente, o que afeta o conforto da estadia. Durante a hospedagem, foram feitas recomendações de melhoria com o objetivo de evitar que futuros hóspedes tenham uma experiência negativa; no entanto, a pessoa responsável não foi receptiva.
