It was adequate but not the best experience.
6.0Location was great and close to two tube stops with easy access to the city. Lots of tasty restaurants nearby. The beds were very comfortable and the space was a great size for our family of five.
− The check in instructions were unclear so we spent a long time (too long) on the street at night with our kids struggling to get in. Inside, the place was cold and never really warmed up. It was 18 in the morning and barely got up to 20, though we set the temperature higher. Also the shower was a mystery to get warm and had many times it went from hot to cold. There was a lot of street noise outside which woke us up. These things may not bother others but for us it wasn’t ideal.

As standard practice we make sure to wash bedding and towels after each stay. These are hung up to dry and put at a side for it to be used again by guests if they need it. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
