− El apartamento presentaba varias cucarachas y el papel higiénico ya estaba iniciado al momento de nuestra llegada, lo cual no fue una buena primera impresión. Adicionalmente, el apartamento asignado inicialmente no contaba con ascensor; si bien el alojamiento nos ayudó con el cambio a un piso inferior (agradecemos la disposición), el nuevo apartamento era más pequeño que el que habíamos reservado originalmente. Lamentablemente, no se realizó un ajuste en el valor pese al cambio en las condiciones del alojamiento, lo cual entendemos pudo no ser posible, aunque sí afectó la experiencia.

The parking is off site, around the corner and it is not 24 hours. they close at 9:00pm every day.
We do not offered airport transfer and no rental car service either.
The building does not have an elevator and the apartment is located on the 6th floor.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
