10.0Unterkunft wie beschrieben, einfach aber alles dort was man brauchte, der Pool keine 20 m. Von der Terrasse entfernt, nette Nachbarn und eine sehr sichere Umgebung,
− Hatte nichts zu beanstanden, alles bestens, check aut konnte problemlos bis 15.30 in der.unterkunft bleiben da mein Flug erst am Abend ging war.das noch ein toller Tag am Pool
für Ägyptische Verhältnisse sehr hochwertig, Preis/Leistung daher top.
7.0Da Erdgeschoss direkter Zugang zum Pool. 2 Bäder. Klimaanlage. Konnte auch mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Fliegengitter.
− Die Ausstattung des Gebäudes/Apartments war für Ägyptische Verhältnisses sicherlich top. In einem der beiden Bäder war der Warmwasserbereiter leider defekt (Duschen für mich trotzdem ok, da Wasser ca 25grad hat aus der Leitung. Für meine Freundin zu kalt). In der Dusche fehlt leider was zum Abstellen von z.B. Duschgel.
Good value but very rude host !
7.0The chalet offers good value for money
− • There were geckos inside the chalet — I found two during my stay, one in a bedroom, which forced me to stop using that room completely. So I only used one room. • The outdoor terrace was full of geckos, with gecko droppings constantly present. At night, their loud noises were very disturbing, making it uncomfortable to spend time outside. • One of the water heaters was broken during the stay, and the bathroom sink was cracked, which was disappointing and inconvenient. • The host’s attitude was unprofessional and rude. She spoke disrespectfully, and when I tried to arrange my transportation, she refused to give me the chalet location until just a few hours before arrival. • Her communication style was very poor. She is mocking the guests for getting the chalet at a low price. You can check her responses to other reviews on Booking to see how she reacts aggressively whenever someone mentions a problem. • Guests are asked to take out their trash before leaving, which is something that should be clearly mentioned in the listing. • The listing says the host speaks Arabic and English, but in reality, she does not speak Arabic at all.
