8.0Lovely decor, nice feel to the house, plenty of kitchen amenities (tea/coffee/oven/air fryer), good size rooms, good location, great value for money.
− Only 1 parking space and the rooms could do with some fans as it gets very hot!

− There are 2 bedrooms on the top floor, but no bathrooms. There is only parking for one vehicle.
Ideal location for Matlock or Matlock bath. Very enjoyable will highly recommend
