9.0We had a wonderful two-day stay at this resort with our family, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly courteous and always ready to help, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. Their warm smiles and positive attitude added a special charm to the experience. The food was both tasty and reasonably priced, which made dining there even more enjoyable. Our villa was cosy, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Overall, it was a delightful and memorable stay. We would definitely love to visit again and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant retreat.
− The only downside we experienced was the access to the villa. Although the resort provides a vehicle for transportation, the pathway is very steep and can be a bit challenging; especially during the rainy season, when there is a risk of slipping. Each time we needed to go to the restaurant or our car, we had to rely on the vehicle for pick-up and drop-off.

7.0The serene landscape and the tranquility is refreshing to be at. The resort is being maintained well. Staff are very courteous. The food at Jinkalaka restaurant is very tasty but the quantity is quite less. The receptionist is very polite and helpful. The massage service and fishing sport was really a great experience. Highly recommend to opt for it.
− The billiards board was so big, only the kids could play and there were no pawns in the carom board. Activities which are mentioned as free in the website list are actually chargeable which is misleading. Lighting can be improved in the night especially in the steep areas, we were accompanied by elderly people which was a bit challenging for us.
