− Bathroom being communal. And no coffee and croissants next morning, as advertised.

10.0Beautifully furnished room with very characterful old ceiling beams. All nice and clean and super easy to check in and out with the code and key box. Right on the high street (still very quiet at night).

7.0Had breakfast at a friends.
− Carpet soiled going up and missing at places. No sugar for my tea. I was told I couldn't open the windows for fear of the pigeons coming in but no fan for the heat or screens on the windows. Asked for twin beds and was told I could separate them. Bathroom was very nice. And the young girl who showed me to my room was so sweet.
One of our worst nights away ever
1.0− The cafe blocks door to stairs up with outside seating was supposed to get a number sent for room key safe didn’t come phoned contact number to a girl that doesn’t work there anymore who wasn’t happy that I’d rang, carpet up the stairs was very dirty half hearted attempt at tea facilities no tv can’t have windows open to much because of pigeons all in all seamed dirty and definitely not a £117.00 room disgraceful. Didn’t bother staying for a croissant and tea. Would like to get my money back to be honest 😡photo of our room doesn’t look anything like it
