Although we arrived earlier than expected, we were allowed to leave our luggage in the apartment. This saved us time for visiting the city.

− Our experience was absolutely terrible. We were not even given the opportunity to stay at the accommodation, as our booking was cancelled on the very same day. This left us in a very stressful situation, forcing us to urgently search for alternative accommodation at the last minute. To make matters worse, the person involved appeared to be trying to scam us, which made the whole situation even more upsetting and unacceptable. We were left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and worried, with unexpected stress and inconvenience caused by something that should have been a straightforward booking. We lost valuable time having to find somewhere else to stay at short notice, and the entire experience caused unnecessary anxiety and disruption to our plans. We would absolutely not recommend this experience to anyone. Cancelling on the day of arrival and leaving guests to deal with the consequences is completely unacceptable. One star is the most we can give for such a disappointing and stressful experience.

Muy buena ubicación, apartamento básico pero correcto.

Lo mejor, sin duda, es la ubicación. Está muy bien comunicado, con varias líneas de metro directas al centro y autobuses cerca. Además, si vas o vuelves del aeropuerto de Stansted, el National Express para a unos 6 minutos andando, así que genial. el bus de stanset tarda como 1 hora y te deja en la puerta casi. La zona nos gustó bastante, sobre todo por los barrios que tiene alrededor. Bethnal Green y Brick Lane están muy cerca y, si te gusta la parte más alternativa de Londres, con sus mercados, bares y sitios diferentes, es una zona genial. Además, puedes ir andando a muchos sitios, por ejemplo, a la Torre de Londres en unos 30 minutos o a Brick Lane en unos 20. Y para lo que queda más lejos, tienes el metro. La calle es segura y justo debajo hay una tienda abierta 24 horas donde te entregan las llaves. Por lo que al llegar nos vino muy bien. Bethnal green, brike lane.... esta todo cerquisima. Para nosotros, la ubicación era lo más importante y fue por lo que elegimos este alojamiento. Por la zona en la que está y el precio que pagamos, merece bastante la pena, sobre todo si vas a hacer turismo y solo necesitas un sitio donde dormir.

− El apartamento en sí es bastante básico, algo que ya esperábamos por el precio, pero la limpieza podría mejorar bastante. En general, estaba un poco sucio, hay algunas cosas rotas y otras bastante descuidadas. Lo peor fue la comunicación con los que llevan el alojamiento, bastante mala. Nos faltaban toallas, las pedimos y no nos las trajeron hasta el último día. Todo un poco desastroso en ese sentido. Tiene lo básico para cocinar, si es que quieres hacerlo, y aunque no me pareció un apartamento especialmente cómodo, las camas sí que están bien y son cómodas. Tiene una habitación independiente y también un sofá cama. En general, es un alojamiento bastante normalito, con cosas que mejorar, pero tampoco esperábamos grandes lujos por el precio que pagamos. Para ir a dormir después de pasar el día recorriendo Londres, como hicimos nosotros, está bien. Le daría un bien, básicamente, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta el precio y la ubicación.

The flat had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable. A nice little property. We enjoyed our stay.

− If your mobility is compromised there are a lot of steps. I managed but couldnt carry my walker up and down too many times. We did arrange for early check in but had problems getting access and the cleaner was still there. There are very loud air con units outside the windows which can disturb a peaceful night.
