− You are probably very new to Airbnb, so there are a few things. Before a guest arrives, you need to do professional cleaning to the apartment, it hadn't been done. If you offer a sofa bed, please don't write on the description that there is a double bed, even if the pictures show the sofa. Most importantly, you cannot use the house while I stay in, all of your staff should have been removed (food and anything else that you don'twant me to use). And you cannot open the door with your key any time you want, I paid for the space, and for the days that I'm paying, it belongs to me. If you need to pick up staff, you need to call me in advance and ring the bell so I let you in. Please take all of this to consideration for the future. Thank you
