Spacious Private and amazing!
10.0We lived the space! Plenty of room and spacious! Host left lil extra goodies in the bathroom also which was amazing! Tons of blankets, pillows!!! Loved the patio space! There were things like games, iron, 2 ironing boards! I haven’t ironed for 30 years so that was fun for my birthday party I attended too! I think the micro was acting up but vouldve been me lol. I would stay here a million times over!

Apartment was near where I needed to be. No way I would ever book this apartment again.
3.0The location was good, i.e. what I expected and needed.
− I booked the apartment on a Wednesday for check-in the following Sunday. Monday at 7:15 a.m., workers began re-roofing daily until 7 p.m. until Friday. Roofing noise began at 7 a.m. with workers unloading heavy supplies, etc. I didn't want to spend my entire vacation waking up so early, and surely the manager knew the work was planned but did not warn me. Of course, I wouldn't have rented if they had. The balcony was unusable the entire stay as it was covered with roof pieces and associated debris. All bed and bath linens were worn thin, as if they had been purchased in the 1990s. Both bath tubs were gross and in great need of replacement. The smell the tubs emitted was off-putting. The toilet in the front bath stopped working mid-week, so I called and reported it. My friend had left, so I moved into the other bedroom and bath. Otherwise, I'd have had to insist on immediate repair of the front bath's toilet.

9.0Facility was very nicel. Great location. Very quiet. Very comfortable. Easy to access. Nice view through the trees to the golf course.
− Only one suggestion; the master bath did not have shampoo in the shower. Found out there were 2 in other. Too late. Also, the cleaning fee is a bit high, especially for a one night stay.
