8.0Tolle Austattung, sehr sauber. In 10 min in Darwin bzw. Mindil Beach. Flughafen nahe, aber nicht störend.

− Unit is badly in need of repair.ceiling fan in main bedroom has a huge gap between it & the roof,only enough hot water for 2 quick showers a day,cupboards were crawling with cockroaches,arrived at 245am and had to stay in the car till around 430am as we had not been sent the lock box code,we were hot tired & wanted a shower as we had been up all nite travelling from Melbourne,front door lock was hanging off,fans,shower curtain & mattress protector on queen bed & single bed in main room were stained,one of our party works for the W 5 star hotel in melb CBD as housekeeping manager & was horrified,the fans were all dirt with caked on dirt,I even scrubbed the shower walls & floor the first day! Seriously was overpriced by a minimum $1000 compared to what we have had the last 3 years we have come to Darwin where we have paid $15-$1650 for a 2 bedroom unit closer to the city & in Cullen Bay there was also some thing rather large growing on the bathroom roof, I have many more photos if you require them
