L'emplacement exceptionnel à 2 pas de la place Saint Marc.et la terrace de l'appartement est magique. Appartement plein de charme. Fabuleux.

Advertised as luxury apartment however there was nothing luxury about it.

Location and washing machine available.

− The 2 bedroom setup- need to walk through 1 to get to other. Advertised as 2 bathrooms, 1 shower was so small you couldn’t fit a cat in 2nd shower.’ Difficulty getting water temp in shower right, needed to run the tap In basin at the same time in order to run the shower. Couches were covered with sheets, felt like you couldn’t sit on them. Communication from owner day prior to advise cost of items in apartment and the liability if you damaged them. We felt we were walking on egg shells the entire time. Also no communication about the water setup in shower until you arrive. Clothes hanging facilities was not good and 6 pegs were available for use. The most uncomfortable stay in our 7 week Europe trip.

L’emplacement

− Découvrir à notre arrivée que les chambres étaient dépendantes, en enfilade. Que les salles de bain ne propose pas de douche de taille et d’accès correct et que l’état de la terrasse (vieux rideaux , toile cirée sale et déchirée, vieille chaise cassée stockée dans un coin )ne correspond pas du tout aux photos . Un grand manque d’isolation déplorable avec les chambres donnant sur une rue commerçante

Tolle Lage, leichte Erreichbarkeit, super Matratzen

Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll, gleich hinter dem Markusplatz. Die Matratzen waren super gut und daher haben wir sehr gut schlafen. Kleine Terrasse war sehr angenehm, nur Tischtuch im Freien könnte mal getauscht werden.

Prime location. Spacious. Authentic decoration

This is a prime location. You couldn’t get closer to St Marc’s square. The apartment is very spacious. The flooring is very lovely. It is on the 2nd floor so steps, but this was expected as it’s the same as most apartments in Venice. The 2 bathrooms and kitchen area are very modern and clean. One shower is a bit small but not really a problem

− All the sofas and chairs have covers over them so it feels the owners don’t want you to sit on them. The balcony was a disappointment. The metal seats and table are rusty. There are sheets hanging on one side of the balcony presumably to hide the view but these are a bit grotty. There was a smell of cooking from a restaurant/takeaway nearby. It is noisy in the bedroom until late at night but we got used to that.Small points: no tea towel no iron or board. I don’t think they should advertise this as a luxury apartment instead build on its strengths. Prime location. Spacious. Authentic decoration.

Top Lage, Mega Charme.

Die Lage ist einfach fantastisch. Eine Seitenstrasse vom Piazza San Marco. Das ist unschlagbar. Die Wohnung hat sehr venezianischen Charme und ist riesig. Alles war sehr bequem und prima eingerichtet.

− Die Dachterrasse ist eigentlich schön, aber die Tischdecke war vollkommen verdreckt und uralt dass sich das Plastik schon aufgelöst hatte. Man konnte diese nicht mal richtig saubermachen. War komplett von Vogelkot verdreckt. Die Stühle sind total verrostet, deswegen konnte man die auch nicht gut reinigen. Da hätte man schon mal ein paar Euro investieren können damit man diese nutzen kann. Das war sehr enttäuschend.
