Soggiorno piacevole e riposante soprattutto per anziani, ma poco attrattivo per dei giovani.
9.0Appartamento molto spazioso, arredato in modo piacevole e funzionale e dotato di lavatrice e lavapiatti. Molto bello e curato il giardino.
− La mancanza di un referente sul posto: ogni rapporto è avvenuto tramite WA e sistemi automatici; il giardino con un tavolino e una sola sedia, nonostante fossimo in 3. Qualche problema nello scarico dell'acqua.

− Wohnung befand sich im Keller. Klo hat nach Abwasser gestunken und der Geruch hat sich in der Wohnung verteilt. Am Eingang war Schmutzwäsche, das nicht weggeräumt wurde.
