Nothing was to like about this property

− Garden overgrown, the garden gate was broken off and on the grass. The house smelled awful, food splashed on the kitchen ceiling, bare wires and cables in the living room, bedding was not clean, carpets really dirty, you had to wipe your feet on the way out! Curtains very creased, no curtains/blind on kitchen window or bathroom, very old and tatty furniture. Do not book this property, AVOID!! If the app let me put more than photos on I would have!!

Location

− Gate off lying next to broken fence and other rubbish and old signs in yard. Place scruffy inside. Very little in cutlery draw, no forkes at all, crockery cupboard Very bare. Electrics unsafe. Water two sinks one with hot on left other hot on right. Only three chairs at table, sofa bed next to double bed only other places to sit. Carpet filthy and stained. Nowhere to put clothes, we were there for a funeral,and had to hang suits on doors. That was downstairs,the other family members in the party went upstairs and were equally unimpressed with the place. It is obviously let out to workers and not looked after properly and is no longer a lovely house.

− Just needs a bit of attention to make it a home from home, rather than a basic base to stay.

Not a lot ,close to work so location was perfect

− 4 bedroom well 3 bedroom and a bed in the living room only 3 seats at the table (no good for 4 people ) only a large sofa for maybe 2 people in the living room no good for 4 people and no telly’s in the bedrooms
