− Hoewel er niks negatiefs te zeggen is over het appartement zelf (goed uitgerust, fijn bed) en het zwembad (heel groot, met veel fijne zitjes), is er des te meer te zeggen over de situatie waarin deze accommodatie zich bevindt. Het wordt verkocht als een privé huis en privé-zwembad, maar dat is het allerminst. Ten eerste woont de broer van de eigenaar met zijn gezin en enkele honden boven het, zeer gehorige, appartement. De zoon werkt in ploegendienst, wat betekende dat wij elke nacht wakker werden van hem, maar ook van de blaffende honden, die boven ons hoofd rondrenden. Er werd gerookt, dus we hadden regelmatig last van rook in onze slaapkamer. Het woonkamerraam van de familie kijkt uit op het "privé-zwembad" en ons keukenraam keek uit op de tuin van de familie. De ingang van de familie liep langs ons slaapkamerraam. Er hangen overal camera's bulten, dus wij voelden ons niet vrij en als klap op de vuurpijl, maakten de eigenaar en z'n vrouw in het weekend gewoon gebruik van het zwembad, ons privé-zwembad!! Kortom, dit is niet wat wij verstaan onder een privé huis en privé-zwembad en wij raden deze accommodatie dus ook niet aan.
