10.0Il proprietario è molto disponibile e si impegna a sapere sempre come sta andando il soggiorno, ha qualche accortezza in più per far capire che ci tiene (acqua e caffè lasciati a disposizione, flessibilità con gli orari...). La casa è molto grande ed è arredata in modo simpatico e accogliente, apprezzati i numerosi giochi da tavolo. Aria condizionata presente in più stanze e ben funzionante. Zona tranquilla con tanto parcheggio, vicinissima ad una buonissima pasticceria, ad un parco e a 10 min di camminata dal centro di Forlì.

7.0L'host è gentile e veloce nel rispondere. Abbiamo chiesto di fare il check in anticipato ed è subito venuto incontro alla nostra richiesta. Comodissimo parcheggio in strada davanti l'appartamento. Appartamento spazioso.

9.0Our experience here was delightful from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, flexible, and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The accommodation itself was spacious, offering plenty of room to relax. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, which made for a restful night's sleep. Another significant bonus was the convenient on-site parking in the inner courtyard, providing peace of mind. The surrounding area was also very pleasant, adding to the overall positive experience. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.
