− Ich habe bis heute meine Kaution nicht wieder erhalten. Die Rückerstattung der Kaution dauert circa 14 Tage. Bei mir sind es jetzt 28 Tage her. Die Fenster haben sich nicht öffnen lassen. Man hat kaum frische Luft bekommen.
