10.0הדירה נקיה מאוד ומטופחת. יש מסביב עצי פרי ועציצי תבלין. המארחים נעימים מאוד, זמינים. המרפסת גג מקסימה עם נוף יפיפה. כל מוצרי החשמל עבדו והיו נקיים, המקלחת מצויינת.
− היה נחמד אם היה ג'קוזי.
