We couldn’t stay here.

− It is not possible to feel comfortable or clean in this place. Everything about it is cheap and overused. Not a real house and not a cozy bungalow. Davidson is mostly beautiful but not where this place is. We didn’t feel we could stay for the week there (or even the night) and so left after 20 minutes. The owners through a managing company refused any kind of refund so we lost 1600 dollars. If it was fairly priced at say 40 per night I wouldn’t complain and wouldn’t have booked it either. But at over 200 this is a rip off. Thankfully the local Hilton had one remaining room at last minute and we had a good week.

The value and location. Every room having a tv plus one in the den was a plus. Liked being able to stream shows

− The bath towels that were provided varied in quality and since what had four people in the house some got very subpar towels to use multiple times. The screen door was broken and the driveway was in disrepair with no real parking space so we made do. The steepness of the driveway is such that a loaded down vehicle will be caused to bottom out. There were only 1-2 hangers in each closet. We were staying there for a wedding so each of us had multiple things to hang up and while we carried hangers for the important items there were not enough hangers for everything. What’s the point of having a closet if there are no hangers. I guess we were expected to bring our own not something I considered when packing

Convenient, clean and comfortable stay!

We loved the layout for our family. Having three bedrooms was so convenient and helpful. The house was also very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the hot tub, although it needed some additional water added. The location was perfect for our visit with family.

The location was just what we needed. I loved that it was pet friendly and it was simple inside so I could relax with my little kids not getting into anything. It’s well thought out.. they had everything we needed there without over doing it. (Plenty of towels, extra pillows, sponge and dishwashing soap, laundry pods and trash bags) I also loved the cleanliness of the home. There was a lot to like about the house! (Good water pressure, nice big refrigerator, tvs in each bedroom with Roku, good working thermostat, easy keypad entry, comfortable chairs and couches..) We will definitely stay here again.

− It might not even be something I didn’t like as it turned into something humorous and ridiculous for us but the first bedroom when you walk in has the LOUDEST squeaky creaky bed I have ever slept on. It was comfortable and the pillows were great.. I even liked the height of the bed but man it was loud every time you moved to get comfortable.
