Apartamento com boa localização próximo a orla da praia, com padaria, supermercado, posto de combustível. O prédio possui boa vizinhança e porteiros simpáticos. Dentre as comodidades, o fato de ter 2 banheiros e ar condicionado split nos 2 quartos, piscina e sauna.

− Aspectos que podem ser melhorados: 1 - uma limpeza mais apurada do imóvel, a sensação que tivemos é que foi feita uma faxina superficial antes da nossa entrada. 2 - colocação de um ventilador de teto na sala 3 - Um recipiente grande de lixo (geral) na área de serviço pra facilitar. 4 - disponibilizar uma forma de pizza e abridor de latas
