What did we like about the property? when it was finally time to check out and go home.

− All of it, The back door didn't open, Host told us its a special door, only opens from the outside, climb out the window and open it, the house was a mess, not as described and none of the images in booking match the house you turn up too. Property was dirty and mouldy.

Save yourself the money because we couldn't

The pictures of the property looked amazing, but once you stepped into the property It was completely different and not adequate to stay in.

− The property was dirty, there was electrical boxes loose with exposed wiring. Carpet trims sticking out and if you stepped on it stuck straight out onto your other leg. The property was dirty, with basic cleaning not completed such as crumbs and coffee stains on every surface. Door handles missing from doors. Even if you wanted a peaceful night, don't dream of it, it sound like a plane was taking off on the top floor due to some electrical equipment in a cupboard. The linen was dirty, with clean linen still in the washing machine. The handrail were loose. Overall not safe nor a clean place to stay. Don't expect the property manager to be reasonable because they were happy to tell they would give me a refund for the property and then rejected the claim through booking.com even though we didnt stay there for longer than 10minutes while checking the house from top to bottom

I like the place and the rooms.

− I don't like the old chairs in the lounge, the front door and the surrounding not clean. The cobwebs on the wall, the broken shower, lastly the corners of the kitchen and washroom floors and property needs painting. I want to see all these correctly on my next visit. The place is good.

Arrived at the property, will couldn’t access the property for 25 minutes due to a faulty keybox the host admitted often fails, after a distance driving, bathroom shower was poor, spander webs in most window, rubbish piled outside, and no proper cleaning was done. The place felt neglected and unprepared, pallet of letters in kitchen cabinet, no spoons, I have go and buy spoon to eat next day.

− The house was very big with a lot of space, the area was quite nice.

The house was huge, the rooms were so big, and the toilets as well, very comfortable and cosy. we had all the facilities in the house, there was also 2 shops next to the house which made everything much easier.
