10.0The cabin was so beautiful. The hot tub was clean and felt wonderful. Loved cooking in the kitchen with the beautiful gas stove. Enjoyed the wood burning fireplace. The balcony room was great and had the best view from the stairs. We LOVED IT! The bar and room downstairs was excellent for our guests. Beautiful views from all the decks!!
− The shower stall on the main floor was very slippery. You need to get some slip guards for the stall floor. Maybe more hooks for wet towels.

10.0Everything was cleaned well and always had staff ready to assist if needed. Felt secure and no worries about safety.
− One of the rocks down to the bonfire was wobbly and I tripped and fell down a couple rocks leaving my shoulder bruised and a couple scratches on my left arm but nothing major. Also wanted to use the main grill but it wouldn't ignite. Wanted to mention a couple of the exterior lights will not illuminate.
