It was a horrible experience. The property manager, Mr. Phillips changed me from lot 74 to lot 536 which had dirty, ragg
1.0I didn’t like the property because Dwight Phillips,the property manager, switched the property that I booked,which was lot 74 to lot 536 the day of my arrival. Lot 536 had old disgustingly dirty uncomfortable broken couches, two old raggedy towels, ( I had to make a fuss for him to bring proper towels, which took him 6 days later to bring) two tough beds that had no headboards,that were advertised in lot 74, outdated old microwave, no coffee machine or toaster like advertised, an old washing machine that has broken off knobs and spends hours washing. Unlike the new clean washing machine on lot 74 that I saw when booking, Mr. Phillips took me to his personal property lot 536 that had an old washing machine, which was placed in the backyard. This was so incredibly inconvenient as I couldn’t wash at nights. I booked for 5 adults and 1 child, yet he had four utensils, cups and plates in the kitchen. He had no cleaning products,he had empty boxes that he used as furniture,he gave me used, dirty sponge for washing dishes ,one old used dish cloth, no trash bags ( until 5 days after my arrival ) In one of the AC unit was not working for three days. This lot 536 location that I did not book or requested was given to me without any explanation. He said it was a long story but didn’t tell me the story. Instead, he robbed me of my expected comfort when he gave me this location.
− On lot 536,The AC unit in one of the bedrooms was broken for three days and I was asked by the property manager every day about my availability for the technician to fix it, which of course negatively impacted my vacation as changing my schedule was a problem.Even on the last day of my stay at lot 536, the AC was not fixed. The front yard and the backyard are unkept and unpleasant to walk on or view. There is construction sounds (hammering, sawing) taking place from 3:00 AM in the mornings until whenever daily.
