Am go very regularly for Mataji Darshan.. will never select this hotel for me or my friends & all known people..
4.0− I liked nothing about the property.. it’s too far from the main junction of Katra.. Hopeless staff.. Very bad welcome & hotel entry.. As soon as checked in my room i had to complain 3/4 different problems in my check-in room.. it was very disappointing in Branded 5 star hotel. No cooling when i entered my room. Washbasin was choked up.. I had to lift my own bad while check-in & while checkout inspired of the hotel staff standing & watching me.. no one came forward to ask in courtesy.this happen first time in my life.. have seen this even in a 2/3 star hotel
