We enjoyed our stay
8.0Excellent breakfast and the evening meals were also delicious. Friendly staff and a good location. Very clean! Recommended.
− We stayed for one night in a lovely room. We then returned for a further 2 nights but, (probably due to us booking late) we were put in Room 1. This room is next to the kitchen so noisier. In addition the door sticks which was a nuisance. This is not a game changer but avoid this room if possible.
The premier in service from the staff to the mgmt. I always stay here and recommend this place.
10.0Consistency in service, food, drinks, and staff are always top draw. This place speak to the adage great things come in small bundles.
− I could not stay longer. Being a seasoned traveler I fell in love with this place after staying at other hotels in Malawi. There is just no comparison. I have asked the management to open a location in Lilongwe. As a veteran of U.S Army 82nd Airborne Division I have a compressed lower disk that acts as a barometer for bad beds. When I stayed at other places my back aches, but at Casa Mia. I awake feeling refreshed.
