7.0Good amenities, location to food and Sunway mall. There is a water dispenser for hot and cold water.
− The towels smelt of cigarette smoke smell. I contacted the host and got a fast response to replace the towels with fresher ones. The rain shower was also low and a tall family member kept on bumping into it when showering. Pillows in the main room was quite hard.

9.0Love everything about this stay. For its price, the space was clean and spacious. This is not our first stay at Sunway Grid. We have stayed in other rooms and have engaged other hosts. But so far this host shows compassion and answers all our enquiries promptly. She even gave us time grace and guided us patiently when we had issues with the washing machine upon checking out . Service and room was worth every penny.

misleading ads to trick you that there are slides in the room
3.0it is clean
− the photos showing slides and games ball pit are all not true. There is no such facilities when i booked and the staff said i chose this apartment but i follow the photos and booked. There was no change of towel. The toilet rolls only provided one, thin ply also. But it is pricey which i would not chose if i had not seen the slides photos. So the photos are there to mislead you to book it.
Enjoyable and highly recommended for kids!
