− El estado de alguna instalación de cocina y lavabo. Por ejemplo grifo de cocina está prácticamente suelto. Mármol partido. Él WC suelto. Pese a estos detalles la estancia ha sido bastante buena.

6.0− Das Appartement liegt über den Geschäften welche um 9 Uhr öffnen um 14 Uhr schließen um 17 Uhr öffnen und um 21 Uhr schließen. Das schwere Laden-Schutzgitter hört man gewaltig und extrem laut. Die Toilette 🚽 wackelt. So wie der Wasserhahn in der Küche. Pfannen und Herdoberfläche sind alt und verdreckt. Ein größerer Kochtopf fehlt , aber konnte gekauft werden. Die Hauseingangstür wurde von meinem Mann repariert....sie knallte bei jedem Kommen & Gehen zu. Gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite gibt es eine Fahrschule und einen Jugendtreff mit Mopeds die fast jeden Abend bis 24 Uhr lärmen. Trotz Fensterrollos. Die Klimaanlage ist das Highlight. Der Wäschetrockner aus Metall ist verrostet. Zu guter letzt noch die Adresse ist Nr. 33. Nicht 1b. Wir haben viel Zeit zum Suchen gebraucht.

9.0Close location for the town centre, and within walking distance of the hospital ( we were visiting someone who was staying in the hospital) perfect stay at a great price!
