Overall the house still worth to rent, best is the location. But cleanliness really need to improved
7.0The location is good, very near to Pasar Malam. Only few minutes walking distance. And nearby also have some convenient stall. Overall is still worth for money due to the house can occupies for more then 12 ppls.
− But cleanliness need to improve, floor is very dirty and sticky. When we walk in the house, is smelly. The bed also not comfortable to sleep.

7.0The location of the property very nice, just near to the night market, walking distance only to the night market. The house interior very big, suitable for family staying. Got 4 room, 3 bathroom.
− The cleaning aspect have to improve, the bottom of the sofa at living room has been overlook while cleaning. Highly recommend that the kitchen aspect can improve and replace with new plastic bowls and plates.
