Το ξενοδοχείο σε γενικές γραμμές είναι ικανοποιητικό, η διαμονή ήταν αξιοπρεπής και το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Ωστόσο, θεωρώ ότι δεν ανταποκρίνεται στα standards ενός ξενοδοχείου 5 αστέρων, ιδιαίτερα σε σχέση με την τιμή του.

− Η συνολική μου αξιολόγηση επηρεάζεται κυρίως από το γεγονός ότι το κατάλυμα παρουσιάζεται ως 5 αστέρων και τιμολογείται αντίστοιχα. Με βάση αυτό, υπήρχαν αρκετά σημεία που θεωρώ ότι χρειάζονται βελτίωση: - Το τηλέφωνο του ντους είχε διαρροή από το σπιράλ και η πίεση του νερού ήταν χαμηλή. - Στον χώρο της ντουζιέρας υπήρχαν φθορές στους τοίχους, καθώς και εμφανή σημάδια μούχλας και ελλιπούς καθαριότητας στις γωνίες. - Το vanity set φαινόταν να έχει ήδη χρησιμοποιηθεί, καθώς ήταν ανοιγμένο και ελλιπές. - Ο δίσκος με την καφετιέρα και τις κάψουλες καφέ δεν ήταν καθαρός, καθώς υπήρχαν τρίχες. - Η σύνδεση Wi-Fi ήταν πολύ αδύναμη έως ανύπαρκτη. - Η θερμαινόμενη πισίνα δεν είχε την αναμενόμενη θερμοκρασία. - Η σκάλα της πισίνας ήταν σπασμένη, ενώ και ο χώρος παρουσίαζε τεράστια σημάδια μούχλας στο ταβάνι και ραγισμένη τζαμαρία. - Φαίνεται πως δεν υπήρχε διαθέσιμος μάγειρας, κάθως το φαγητό που παραγγείλαμε (πίτσα) έχει σχεδόν άψητη ζύμη. - Το πρωινό ήταν αρκετά περιορισμένο σε σχέση με τις προσδοκίες για 5 αστέρων ξενοδοχείο. Ορισμένα προϊόντα δεν ήταν φρέσκα ή σωστά παρασκευασμένα (π.χ. μπαγιάτικη πίτα ημέρας, άψητο κέικ). Συνολικά, η εμπειρία θα ήταν πιο θετική αν η κατηγορία και η τιμή του ξενοδοχείου ήταν πιο κοντά σε αυτό που πραγματικά προσφέρει. Με τα συγκεκριμένα δεδομένα, θεωρώ ότι υπάρχει σημαντικό περιθώριο βελτίωσης ώστε να ανταποκρίνεται στις προσδοκίες που δημιουργεί.

− Δεν βρηκα κατι που να μην μας αρεσει.Ισως να θελαμε πιο παραδοσιακο στυλ τα δωματια κι οχι τοσο μινιμαλ αλλα ειναι ασημαντο αυτο μπροστα στην εξυπηρετηση και τις παροχες,Απλα γραφω για να συμπληρώσω λεξεις που μου ζηταει η εφαρμογη

The room wss spaciois and clean, bed was so so comfy! The breakfast was delicious and the view was amazing. Staff was friendly and very helpfull

− It would be nice if there were more fresh fruits at breakfast. A shower is needed next to saina room.

Τα δωματια και το lobby μαζι με το χωρο του εστιατοριου είναι σαφώς καλύτερα από τις φωτογραφίες. Η θέα απ'όπου και να κοιτάξεις ειναι υπέροχη. Ωραιες επιλογές πρωϊνου και σνακ καθ'όλη τη διάρκεια της ημέρας. Πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Μεγάλος χώρος στάθμευσης. Ευχάριστες δραστηριότητες είτε με τα άλογα του καταλύματος για όλες τις ηλικίες.
