− Appartamento piccolo, stretto poco pulito. Non adatto a una persona in sedia a rotelle. Divanetto sfondato. Cucina con incrostazioni di calcare. Telecomandi TV non funzionanti. Macchina per il caffè sporca e da caricare a grani (da acquistare all'esterno). Prezzo eccessivo rispetto al servizio e al confort offerto.
