Amazing place to stay!
9.0I love how big is this appartment! I love air condition , and i love the kitchen. Is was very very clean and nice. Amazing location! Close to train station.
− Maybe can improve some by some hair dryer or i did not found it.

8.0The apartment was spacious, clean, and in an excellent location. I found it easily and it worked as a useful 'hub' for my various trips out.
− I didn't receive any details before I arrived about the lockbox, or the exact location of the room. However once I contacted the owner I received a quick and detailed response

3.0Location - close to the train station . That’s it. There really is no other reason to stay here. At all.
− The check-in process was my first warning. I messaged two hours before arrival and got no response (I still had no check-in information). Then I called the WhatsApp and was told to text instead. So had to wait at the door and listen to an audio message and play-by-play messages until we got in. Then I sent a message after entering the apartment and to this day. I have no response. To say this apartment was a let down, is an understatement. Did I reach out to the host? No. Because I truly feel like the complaints I have are all things that aren’t just “pet peeves” or personal gripes but actual issues with false advertising. The list below is just some of the main ones that impacted our stay: Apartment description states: the spa bath is the star feature of this apartment. There was NO Spa, and NO BATH at all. The very first item lists tea/coffee maker.. there was NO KETTLE. We thought to boil water in a saucepan, but what would we drink out of! NO MUGS for hot liquids! We told them it was for 3 adults, and the description states there is a sofa, sofa bed and single bed. It was a mental fold out bed for a child. There were also NO TOWELS! We were 3 adults and got left with 2 floor mat towels. This is no exaggeration. They were actually the size of floor mats and would not be called towels by anyone. Again, truly just an honest description not a disgruntled customer. This is just a few of the major complaints. I truly think if there was a kettle and cups, we would’ve been kinder but it just felt like there was one thing after another that was compounding our disappointment sadly. I can not, in all good conscience recommend anyone stay here.
