Pay 5 times more money for stay in. Staff said there is no booking. I pay 1300 for log in.

1.0− We booked online and paid online a week in advance. The problem began on the day of the check-in. I received a call from reception asking me to pay by cash. I mentioned that payment has already been made. But they didn't let us check in. We had to find alternative accommodation.

1.0Staff worst behaviour with guests, they are demanding to pay extra amount of Rs.800/- for 2 days. I already paid Rs. 2000/- through online. They are not allocating room without making extra amount. They are denying check-in in last minute. Don’t go with family. OYO customer care also not responding in time. Please don’t go to the hotel.
