3.0The location, it's very close to The Hoe.
− There was an issue with the hot water and three of us were there for two nights and we were unable to have showers or wash up (we had to use the kettle). We reported the issue on the first night, the owner was hard to contact, then they remotely boosted the boiler, which might have worked for a few hours whilst we were out, and then went down again. The owner wasn't interested. I have been using Booking.com for many years and I have never had an experience like this. If you don't mind not having any hot water, then you will likely enjoy your stay as it's a nice property. Also, there was another car parked in our 2nd space - luckily we didn't need it - but it's worth noting if you think 2 spaces are available.

10.0Lovely character house in a really good location. Very easy walk to the Hoe, the Barbican & the shops but also great to have 2 parking spaces as we had visiting local family. Well equipped kitchen, very comfy beds & spotlessly clean. Hope it's available for our next trip!

5.0It was situated near the centre so easier to go out without a car etc..,
− There was little through currents of air so it felt v stuffy at times. Very difficult to sleep at night as the upstairs blind was not effective at keeping the sun completely out…

8.0Excellent location, so close to everything. Modern, comfortable and clean accommodation.
− It would be great to have had bedside lights to be able to read, also a mirror in the ensuite bathroom. Maybe a coffee table and extra armchair or small sofa in the lounge area
