− The bed collapsed with us in it on the first night, the furniture is falling apart, the fridge is barely installed, there were live wires sticking out of the walls, the landlord informed us there would be a plumber on the third day all day (with no prior notice) - we checked out on the second day and are being refused a full refund by both the landlord and booking.com. Complete and utter shambles, this listing should be taken down.

− A complete rip off. There was no central heating, no hot water, the bed was absolutely atrocious, there were live wires sticking out of the wall, leaking radiators, holes in furniture and a host that was completely unwilling to rectify any of the issues or give us a refund. Would strongly recommend to everyone that you do not stay at this accommodation.

− The TV didn’t work & when I messaged the owner (as soon as we arrived) he never replied and it was not addressed over the two nights we were there. There was no hairdryer and the bed was not comfortable.
Very convenient for working in Woking. Central location. Excellent cooiing facilities.
