Cozy Space, Quiet Nights, and Stunning Scenery
10.0We absolutely loved our stay at the Glamping-Sky Dome Yurt-Tiny House-2 by Lavenders Field! The setting was peaceful and beautifully surrounded by lavender fields, which made for a serene escape. The dome itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It's a perfect blend of comfort and nature. We especially enjoyed stargazing through the dome at night and relaxing in the outdoor area. It was the ideal spot to unplug and recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique and relaxing glamping experience!
− One thing to keep in mind when heading to the Glamping-Sky Dome Yurt-Tiny House-2 is the drive. The roads leading there can get quite curvy and narrow, especially as you approach the property. In certain areas, visibility is limited, particularly in the early morning or around sunset due to sharp turns and occasional fog. It’s absolutely manageable, but we’d recommend driving during daylight hours and taking it slow if you’re not familiar with mountain or rural roads.
Cute place--be ready to experience the outdoors!
8.0We loved that it was remote, quiet, comfortable, and cute! The bed was SO comfortable, and there was just enough space for the two of us!
− IT was really hot, and the portable air worked, but it took a long time. The driveway to the Yurt was a bit challenging, but that is what you get with a remote spot. There is nothing we really did not like. It was just like "glamping", so most of it was expected.
Cute-Cozy-Comfortable
10.0This yurt was SO cute and comfortable. We have never stayed in a yurt before which was one of the reasons we stayed here.
− Needs a Porch light?
Cute yurt with good communication with owners.
6.0Cute decor. Well equipped
− Lots of spider webs and spiders. The toilet was gross.
Superb
9.0Incredible location, with stunning views over the hills and vineyards. Very peaceful. Hosts were super responsive and friendly when we needed them, but otherwise we could meander round the grounds, sit on the porch and just enjoy the peace.
− Nothing much - it is a yurt, so its not super fancy or luxurious, but its got everything you need for a weekend, and the peace makes it worthwhile.
The lodging was perfectly adequate for our needs but we wouldn’t stay there again.
5.0The Yurt was an interesting form of lodging and we enjoyed it. It was nice to walk around the property and enjoy the views with morning coffee.
− It was somewhat more rustic than we imagined. The requirement to go outside to reach the bathroom was a drawback-particularly at night.
