1.0− I stayed in a flat in Bury for 2 nights out of a planned 4, and unfortunately, the conditions were unacceptable. When I arrived, there were no keys in the lockbox as promised. Shockingly, the flat was left unlocked and accessible to anyone — a serious breach of safety. I did not receive the key until the following day, late in the afternoon, which meant I had to leave the flat in the morning with all my belongings, unable to secure them.The place was extremely dirty — behind the beds I found old food, bottles, and even expired yogurts. It was clear that no proper cleaning had been done, and the sheets were not fresh. The walls and kitchen were filthy, and there was visible dirt behind the bin. Worst of all, the bathroom ceiling had black mold, which is a serious health concern. I had to cut my stay short because it was simply not livable. I would not recommend this flat to anyone unless it undergoes a thorough deep cleaning and proper maintenance. Despite these issues, the property owner refused to refund any portion of my stay. These conditions made the flat uninhabitable, and I had no choice but to cut my stay short.

5.0Property is looking very worn. Elements of cleanliness were questionable, dirty cutlery, damp and mould in the bathroom, bedrooms smelt damp and felt damp. Front of property not great, bin store, broken walls uneven paths. Don’t recommend. No parking permit. Contact with the host wasn’t great, he didn’t appear to know the Property
