4.0The location was Great. The place was Musty. Trash was left. Barbecue pit was dirty. Decor was nice. The floors in Master bedroom was about to give. Also in the living room. There were Rugs put over the weaken floor. My husband couldn't sleep in Master. He really thought the floor would give way. I told this to the Owners or Booking.com. It was completely minimized. So before you rent ask for an tour 1st. This will save you
