Very disappointing stay.
2.0The location.
− The flat is in a very bad state of disrepair. The smoke alarm was missing. The shower head pointed directly at the opposite wall and could not be used as a standing shower. The balcony has a tumble dryer on it. The pictures make it look appealing. However, the state of the furniture is not. It smelt of damp, especially in the bedroom cupboard, which couldn't be used to hang clothes as it was stuffed full of items. There was no ironing board, which we found odd as there were two irons. The window handles felt insecure. The TV remote was running flat, and there were no spare batteries. To access the TV, we had to log in with our own personal accounts. Booking in time was 3pm, we arrived at 3.20 after a long journey to find no keys available. This was due to the cleaner still being inside, who finally let us in at 3.35. She then left, leaving the tumble dryer running. I could not recommend this flat to anyone.
