8.0Die Aussicht ist ein Traum vom Balkon und im Wohnraum. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Es ist alles da nur etwas veraltet - z.B. Messer stumpf. Sonst genug Platz um auch einen Regentag entspannt zu verbringen. Die Balkone gehen Richtung Norden so hat man frische Meeresbrise ohne direkte Sonne - einfach perfekt. Man bekommt was man sieht. Hanglage: Treppen zur Wohnung, dafür gigantische Lage.
− Der Pool der Nachbaranlage ist nutzbar. Ein Tag 10€ für den halben 5€. Kommt halt noch dazu. Einziger großer Minuspunkt: Die Pfanzen ragen in den Laufweg und der Baum auf der Südterrasse macht alles dicht. Geht nur gebückt zum Eingang und raussetzen ist unmöglich.
