We likes absolutely NOTHING about this. We did not stay because of the below review. We couldn't . She had given our place way before we arrived and then lied about it. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.

− AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!!!!!! We arrived at 4pm for our stay. It was pouring down rain. When we got to the gate, they wouldn't let us in and the manager first told us she didn't have any reservation for us and had never heard of us. Once I showed her the booking.com reservation, she quickly changed her tune and told us she only saw ONE reservation (we had two). We booked for two 7 bedroom homes as we have 14 in our party. She then told us she would see if she could call a friend for us to stay somewhere else because she had GIVEN OUR RESERVATION AWAY!!!!!!!!! Our bus driver spoke to her in Swahili and she told him that we were only staying for ONE night but she had a party wanting a whole week and she wanted more money so she gave it to them. She then sent us down the road to two homes that only had 4 bedrooms each. So, half the rooms we booked. But there was NO RUNNING WATER and NO ELECTRICITY in the two homes she tried to give us. She was then VERY RUDE to us and tried to say, "Oh, it is the city, not us". and then, "Well, you can double up on rooms, you don't need 14 rooms." IT DOES NOT MATTER HOW MANY SHE THINKS WE NEED! WE BOOKED 14 and expected running water and electricity! At this point we trusted NOTHING she said. This was completely unacceptable. We left and wouldn't you know it, the entire city had water and power EXCEPT HER PLACE. Lies upon lies and deception, bait and switch, etc.... BOOKING.COM should strongly consider not putting her rentals on their site. It was a HORRIBLE experience.
