Beautiful charming hotel in excellent location
10.0Location of this beautiful hotel cannot be beat. The view from our balcony was stunning. The facilities were beautiful, clean and well maintained. All staff were friendly and professional. The private beach loungers with umbrellas was a real highlight. Overall a wonderful experience.

10.0Som at træde ind i en luksus tidslomme. Meget elegant. Men også lidt slidt. De fortalte at der starten en 10 mdr. Renovering fra oktober 2026. Komme tilbage efter renoveringen.

10.0Wonderful old fashioned hotel with a fabulous beach area on the lake. Staff are exceptional, the breakfasts excellent
− We had a room at the front overlooking the lake. Would recommend that rather than over the road at the back. We were told it’s closing for refurbishment in the autumn. Hope they don’t spoil its charm.

7.0The location is unbeatable and the views absolutely stunning. The staff are lovely. Really enjoyed the breakfast, the sunbathing deck area and the free hour boat rental.
− It is in need of some TLC, its looking a bit old and shabby. Both bars are boring and uninspiring thus there is a lack of atmosphere in the evenings. The bar closest to the terrace looks like it should be a private staff galley kitchen rather than a place where guests go to get a drink. For a 5 star hotel i would expect waiter service for drinks when sunbathing on the decking and when lounging on the terrace in the evenings. Also non hotel guests are allowed to pay to use the sunbathing area however this meant on many occasions there was not enough space for hotel guests.
