Fazit - schöne Anlage mit einigen Abstrichen in Komfort und Ausstattung.
7.0Die Lage ist gut. Aber man benötigt ein Auto. Es gibt 2 Klimaanlagen wobei die für das WZ nicht ausreicht um das SZ1 zu kühlen. Verbindungstür zu SZ2 ist vorhanden + Klimaanlage.
− Klimaanlage 1 nicht ausreichend für SZ1 im Obergeschoß. Sehr viele Ameisen. WC Spülung im OG nicht ausreichend. Generell Renovierungsbedarf.

10.0De villa heeft een fantastische ligging en geeft veel privacy en rust! En toch dichtbij twee leuke toeristische dorpen! Fantastisch ! De bedden zijn erg goed!
− Niet alles was even schoon . De buitenstoelen zijn niet heel comfortabel.
Ruhige und gepflegte Villa in Wasser/Strandnähe zum erholen.
8.0Tolle Lage der Villa, sowie toll angelegtes Grundstück und Pool. Bilder auf dem Exposé haben die Ausstattung gut dargestellt. Genügend Handtücher wurden zur Verfügung gestellt.
− Die Küchenausstattung muss verbessert werden. Der Ofen ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wir hatten zu viert nur drei kleine Löffel. Müslischalen fehlten ebenso. An den wenigen Regentagen hat es ins Haus geregnet. Weiße Kugel vom Billiard fehlte

8.0Siamo stati bene e passato una piacevole vacanza.
− La casa è un pò usurata,nel soppalco è difficile dormire per il troppo caldo,alcune maniglie sono rotte e si staccano, la piscina perde il colore delle pareti trasformando l'acqua lattiginosa e il vater del piano superiore non scarica.
