We had an excellent experience. Will prefer to stay again if I visit Gangtok next time.
10.0Our stay at TEMPO HERITAGE RESORT AND SPA was excellent . Location was very convenient. Rooms were well maintained. Food was delicious. Great service received by the hotel staff. Our room was upgraded without any chaos. I went there to celebrate my birthday with my husband and kids. I would like to thank MR PRABIR for arranging the birthday setup and surprising me with the cake. The staff was very cooperative and polite. My kids enjoyed the stay.

2.0Hotel was clean and view from hotel is awesome i really enjoyed the view.
− Wifi was not working and mobile network was very week, when I informed to reception that we will check out at 11.30 am but the keep calling me started doing followup reception people behaviour was not good. Poor quality of food.
Hotel was good. Not far from MG road. Staffs were very cooperating. Every needs were taken care of.
