9.0La posizione eccellente, ampi spazi comuni, letti comodissimi, cucina fornita di tutto, un soggiorno meraviglioso, una vacanza perfetta proprio in riva al mare
− La casa presenta diversa difetti per cui basterebbe un'ordinaria manutenzione (lampadine bruciate, luci non funzionanti, maniglie e pomelli che rimangono in mano) la pulizia era sufficiente ma c'erano diverse ragnatele ed i vetri erano decisamente non puliti, un peccato visto che il punto forte della casa è proprio la vista.
